Cricket: The series may be decided, but plenty of pride will be on the line in the fifth and final Test of The Ashes between Australia and England at the SCG.

The tourists were able to put what had been a torrid tour where they surrendered the urn inside 11 match days behind them by claiming their first victory on Australian shores in 15 years in a fast-forward Boxing Day Test.

Australia’s hopes of a 5-0 whitewash were swept away with the loss, but Steve Smith’s side will be looking to ensure England are sent home with a bitter taste in their mouths.

A bit of hesitation as Starc gets off the mark with a dab behind point, but he makes it through safely.

How will Webster play now with the tail in, although Starc can bat as we’ve seen this series?

Webster comfortably pushes a single to point.

A leg-bye comes off Starc’s pad.

FOUR! Short Webster takes it on and just beats short backward sqaure to bring up 550 for Australia.

Tongue replaces the injured Stokes.

Smith is all hands as he pushes a single into the offside.

A misfield at point gifts Webster a single.

SMITH FALLS!

It’s a great ball out of nowhere as it angles in and seams away just enough to catch the outside edge through to Jamie Smith.

Tongue gets Smith again, but he walks off to a standing ovation and 138 runs next to his name.

FOUR! On the pads and Webster flicks fine to bring up the 100 partnership with the lead now over 150.
