Matildas superstar Mary Fowler has made an exciting announcement ahead of the Olympics that has sent young fans into a frenzy.
The 21-year-old striker has been honoured with her very own Barbie doll.
On Wednesday she took to Instagram to unveil her adorable, tiny lookalike in a heartwarming post.

In the set of four pictures, a beaming Fowler shows off her mini Mary dressed in a pink and white soccer kit with knee-high socks and boots, rocking her iconic bubble braid and black gloves with a soccer ball in hand.
The young athlete expressed her gratitude for receiving the doll and the important message it carries for young girls.
“To finally see and hold my Barbie with its bubble braid, gloves, and boots, in a look that many young girls recreate is so special,” she said. “Thanks @Barbie for making a mini Mary and reminding me how important it is to be yourself .”
Delighted fans flooded the comments sharing their excitement.

Fowler is one of nine professional athletes from around the globe to be honoured with a doll as part of Barbie’s 65th Anniversary celebration.
