Jenkins Wins
Wow what a round. Jenkins gets low-blowed but comes back with a flurry and floors Burns. Jenkins stands up but Burns can’t get to his feet and it’s a win by TKO for the Melbournian.
Second Round
The two gameplans are here. Burns wants to be on the mat and Jenkins wants to swing. Burns is forced to stand up four times by the referee. Jenkins ha smashed the lead leg with kicks and hit a huge kidney punch. Burns got one good takedown but couldn’t keep control.
First Round
Jenkins lands some big blows and has full control of the feet. Burns tries to take him down but Jenkins keeps his feet and makes him stand up again.
Burns finishes the round with top mount in the last minute, but nothing spectacular.
Phar Jack Is HERE
Jack Jenkins is ready to go in our prelims. The Aussie takes on Herbert Burns in the featherweight division.
Big Train Rolls On
Tom Nolan gets a big win by unanimous decision in his first three-round fight in the octagon. Reyes wouldn’t go down but The Big Train was steaming.
Second Round
Big Train knocked down Reyes and cut him open. Should be up 20-18 on the scorecard.
First Round
That was fast paced. Both guys threw some big punches but in the end Nolan might have just won the round.
Here comes the Big Train
The last of our early prelims will feature Queenslander Tom “Big Train” Nolan against Alex Reyes in a lightweight fight.
Early Prelims
What a start we’ve had.
The previously undefeated Stewart Nicholls was in complete control of his fight against Jesus Aguilar but made a mistake and got caught in a guillotine choke to lose by submission in the first round.
Then in our second fight it was a war between Song Kenan and Rick Glenn. It was a brutal fight but in the end Kenan claimed the victory by unanimous decision.
