Detectives investigating a brazen daylight shooting in Sydney’s south have released fresh images as they appeal for public help to track down those involved.

Just after 3.10pm on Tuesday 18 February, police were called to The Boulevarde at Brighton Le Sands after reports an Audi SUV had pulled up and shots were fired at three men standing near a parked car.

No one was injured, but three vehicles and a nearby building were sprayed with bullets.

The Audi and the men fled the scene. A short time later, an SUV matching the same description was found torched on Windarra Street in Narwee.

Strike Force Brose was established to investigate, with Taskforce Falcon later taking charge of the case.

Detectives have now released security footage showing a man inside the Audi wearing dark clothing, a face covering and white gloves, who they believe could assist with their inquiries.

They believe a second man was also inside the car.

Police also want to identify a woman of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean appearance, with long dark hair, who was seen speaking to the three men shortly before the shooting. She was wearing a black singlet at the time.

Investigators are urging anyone who recognises the individuals or has information about the shooting to contact Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000 or crimestoppersnsw.com.au.
