Australian model and TV host Rachael Finch and her dancer husband Michael Miziner have listed their Waterloo apartment for $2.9 million.

Property records show that the couple purchased the penthouse apartment off-the-plan in 2014 for $1.65 million and have lived in it while raising their two children.

Located on Archibald Avenue, the apartment is currently listed for sale by BresicWhitney agents Darren Davis and Brighton Keefe.

Mr Davis said the property was a "true penthouse" as there were no common walls shared with other apartments.

"It's an apartment with house-like proportions, and they're very tightly held," he said. "It's also what's commonly known as a sky penthouse because it's got floor-to-ceiling glass.

"It's a cracking apartment."

While Mr Davis said the interest had been "ok" so far, the property was initially listed with a price range of $3.3 million.

This has since dropped by $400,000 in a move that reflects declining growth in apartment vs house prices across most capital cities, according to the latest Cotality data.

In late 2022, Finch revealed that the family had made the move from apartment to house.

"Being in an apartment for the past 7 years has been great while the kiddies were little, but we decided to move into a house so they have more room to move as they grow," she wrote.

Finch came into the public eye after she was crowned Miss Universe Australia in 2009 and became a weather presenter on Channel 7's Sunrise.

In 2010, Finch met Miziner after she was partnered with him on Dancing with the Stars.
