The Bachelor's Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich list luxe apartment four months after moving in

Reality TV stars Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich are selling off their Gold Coast pad just four months after making the move north from Sydney.
The couple, who met during the 2013 season of The Bachelor Australia, has listed the luxurious Burleigh Heads beachfront apartment that they purchased off the plan in 2021, four years before its completion.

Cotality records show the couple paid $2.5 million.
Although there is no price guide on the listing for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, another apartment in the 25-storey Mondrian Residences complex recently fetched $7.1 million.

The property, at 405/58 The Esplanade, will be auctioned on November 7 with listing agents Ed Cherry and Cooper McCormack from Coastal Palm Beach.
Positioned opposite Burleigh Beach on the fourth floor of the luxury complex, the apartment boasts ocean views and high-end amenities, including access to a pool, a steam room, a yoga garden and a gym.

Residents can also access housekeeping, a private lounge, a concierge, in-room dining and a 24-hour valet service from the neighbouring five-star hotel, Mondrian Gold Coast.
The Mondrian Residences and the Mondrian hotel are part of a single complex, with two towers: one for residences and one for hotel rooms.

The $400 million development occupies a prime beachfront position on the corner of First Avenue and The Esplanade, featuring a 208-room hotel and a residential complex comprising 89 luxury apartments.
Set across a 183-square-metre floorplan, the apartment is described in the listing as offering a "contemporary coastal aesthetic".

"Positioned opposite the golden sands of Burleigh and proudly standing as Australia's first branded beachfront address, it graces the 4th floor, where views of glittering Pacific Ocean unfurl beyond the towering Norfolk Pines," the listing says.
The kitchen features natural stone benches, Miele appliances and a butler's pantry, while the open-plan living and dining area connects to the balcony.

There are three bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in robe and a wet-room-style ensuite, and another with an ensuite.
There is also a sleek central bathroom and a powder room.

It's only been four months since the couple left their luxury home in Sydney to move to Queensland's Gold Coast with their children, Elle, 4, and one-year-old Ruby.
The couple purchased the five-bedroom, three-bathroom residence in Dover Heights in 2022 for around $6 million.

The spacious residence includes multiple living areas, dining spaces, a high-end kitchen and an outdoor entertainment area with decking and a built-in barbecue.
The alfresco area overlooks a heated in-ground swimming pool.

In 2022, the couple sold off a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Art Deco apartment in Rose Bay for $2.7 million.
Cotality records show Robards and Heinrich purchased it in October 2018 for $1.9 million.
They were married in Apulia, southern Italy, in June 2018, making them the first couple from The Bachelor Australia franchise to wed.

A former criminal lawyer, Heinrich has since left law and shifted gears after co-founding Intu Wellness and launching a podcast.
Newcastle-born Robards, 43, worked as a chiropractor before he was cast in the first season of The Bachelor Australia.
