AFL: West Coast failed to fire a meaningful shot as they were hammered to the tune of 101 points by St Kilda at Marvel Stadium on Sunday.

The Eagles entered the match off a string of losses against three genuine premiership contenders in Sydney, Geelong and Fremantle, and the task didn’t get significantly easier against a Saints side that returned to their Marvel Stadium home for just the second time this season.

Recap all the action from our blog below.

West Coast’s Duggan question

In his exclusive column, Paul Hasleby examines Liam Duggan’s form and whether the Eagles will need to consider making a big statement with their captain.

Murdock in the middle?

Per Mitchell Woodcock at Marvel Stadium:

Milan Murdock has just spent five minutes in the middle of Marvel Stadium working with Bailey Williams and stoppage coach Luke Shuey. Is a role at CBAs in line for the pre-season signing?

Murdock attended 13 per cent of CBAs in last week’s derby - the first time he’s gone in there this season.
