First semi

New Zealand are on track to make it to the gold medal match of the Netball.

They missed out on the final four years ago but they are putting England away to earn some redemption this time around.

They lead by 10 with under four minutes to play.

Top prospect

Matt Denny is a big hope for gold in the men’s discuss tonight.

He very nearly broke the world record with a throw in America earlier this year and says he is entering in good form.

The conditions are not great for throwing with plenty of blustering wind but the big Aussie had what it takes.
