Ankle blow

Young has copped a huge tackle, deemed high by the umpire, and has come up limping.

He recovers a little with the help of trainers but he is a big watch.

In front

Fool me once!

Erasmus has not missed with his second attempt.

He gets it on the run from a little wider and dobs it through.

The Dockers are rolling now as the fans roar.

Oh Jacko!

Jackson uses his reach to perfection to pluck an Erasmus miskick out of the sky in the pocket.

Freo had spare players everywhere and after taking a mark Erasmus realised he was all alone.

He ran towards goal and took a shot but it drifted into the pocket.

Jackson didn’t waste his chance, snapping a third goal.

The Dockers actually had a good quarter but they missed so many shots they found themselves in a hole.

The Cats made the most of it and have 9.2 on the board.

Geelong also did a great job to peg back the Dockers’ clearance advantage which will be pivotal to keep the visitors in the game.

The Dockers’ usage and score percentage have gone above 70 per cent as Jackson gave Fremantle a third goal in a row to end the half.

Bruhn leads the touches but Jackson is proving huge as usual with two goals, 17 touches, two clearances and nine hitouts.

More like it!

Treacy makes it two in the space of 30 seconds.

The Dockers fire out of the middle again and Treacy can’t be stopped on the lead.

He then sinks it from 52 metres and the Dockers have lifted their heads back up.

FINALLY!

It was a mess but Voss kicks the ball through from point blank after Amiss fumbled the mark and basically missed his boot with the kick.

Danger time

Fremantle can not buy a goal.

They have hit the post three times in this quarter on a run of nine behinds in a row since midway through the first quarter.

Bolt from heaven!

Shai BOLTON!!!

The electric small forward/midfielder has climbed into the sky on the outer wing for a huge grab.

Just 20 seconds later he reels in another while falling onto his back.

But the Dockers just can’t make it count.

Five in a row

The Cats now have five goals in a row and they all feel against the flow.

In that time, Fremantle have kicked seven behinds.

The home side’s inaccuracy is digging a hole becuase the rest of their game looks very good.
